Custom Home Development Slated For Glenview
Cesario Builders is beginning construction at Tuscany Court, an 8-acre subdivision in north suburban Glenview. The developer, DiPaolo Group Realty and Development Corp., plans 10 homes on half-acre wooded lots. Prices start at $1.5 million for 4,000 square feet of living area. Buyers can start off with a basic plan and then customize it to their tastes.
